Job Description

Our client is looking for a Sales Manager to manage a team of Salespeople focused on New Business within the SMB segment.

They're in the Marketing industry and are open to anyone with B2B Sales Management experience -- regardless of the industry.

This company is growing extremely fast and offers a lot of room for growth.

At a glance:

• Location: Monday to Friday in the office in Brossard, QC
• $100,000 base salary + $40,000 commissions, uncapped
• Benefits: health, dental, vision for you and your family, office gym,

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily activities of the Sales team (New Business)
• Coach & motivate direct reports
• Achieve targets
• Forecast & reporting

You:

• Experience managing a B2B sales team
• English native or similar, French a plus

Requirements:

• 5 days/week in the office in Brossard, QC
• Fluent English
• B2B Sales Management experience
• Can start fairly rapidly
